Appointment Policies
To secure your appointment, a card on file is required at the time of booking. This will allow us to hold your appointment time, and you will be charged for any short-notice cancellations/no show.

We kindly ask for a minimum of 12 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment. If we do not receive notice within this timeframe, a cancellation fee of 50% of your service cost will be charged to the card on file. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and accommodate all clients while being respectful of our therapist's time.

“My husband purchased a prenatal massage for me and I have nothing but great things to say about it. Being that it is my first time being pregnant and getting a prenatal massage, I really didn't know what to expect. Roxy made me feel very comfortable and it turned out to be perhaps the best massage I have ever received. She read the comments I added when booking my massage and made sure all those accommodations were made. Midway through the massage I became too warm and she quickly turned off the heater and checked in on me periodically to ensure I was comfortable. This place is a hidden gem in Salinas - I will definitely be back after my baby is born and I cannot recommend Roxy enough.”
