Appointment Policies
To secure your appointment, a card on file is required at the time of booking. This will allow us to hold your appointment time, and you will be charged for any short-notice cancellations/no show.

We kindly ask for a minimum of 12 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment. If we do not receive notice within this timeframe, a cancellation fee of 50% of your service cost will be charged to the card on file. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and accommodate all clients while being respectful of our therapist's time.
